Chief Executive officer
David Joiner is the Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Integrated Population Services with an extensive background as a senior healthcare executive with accomplished outcomes in physician and hospital operations.
Joiner has held positions as, Executive VP of LeBonheur Children Hospital, Senior VP for Methodist Health System, President and owner of Management Directions, LLC, Senior Vice President of Superior Consulting, Senior Vice President -Technology Quorum Health systems, and Senior VP Xerox Healthcare.
Franklin operates a national company that owns and supports regional wellness community organizations. The Franklin IPS management team is redefining predictive, preventive and wellness care into an online model that utilizes cloud computing, social networking, smartphones and wearable technology that is integrated locally and internationally with dedicated wellness care providers.
Charles Stratton, MD
Dr. Stratton is an Associate Professor of Pathology and Medicine, and Director of the Clinical Microbiology Laboratory at Vanderbilt University. He has a long publishing history in microbiology. Dr. Stratton is the Deputy Chairman of the Infection Control Committee, the Co-Founder, Merlin Technologies and also serves on the Pharmaceuticals Committee. He is an Attending Physician on the Infectious Disease Service.
Dr. Stratton’s primary research is in pharmcodynamics , particularly the mechanisms of resistance. He has authored or co-authored over 200 papers on this subject and is recognized as an international authority in this area. Dr. Stratton has served on a number of editoral boards and is the Editor-in-Chief of the Antimicrobic and Infectious Diseases Newsletter. Dr. Stratton is a full Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. He received the Bronze Star for service in the Persian Gulf War.
Dr. Stratton is a member of numerous professional organizations, and is a fellow in the American College of Physicians, College of American Pathologists , American Society of Clinical Pathologists, American Academy of Microbiology, and Infectious Diseases Society of America. For 14 years, he served as editor of “Topics in Clinical Microbiology”, a bimonthly section of Infection Control and Hospital Epidemiology.
Dr. Stratton also serves as editor for Infectious Diseases Newsletter and the Antimicrobics and Infectious Diseases Newsletter. Dr. Stratton is the author of many articles, research publications, review publications, chapters, and abstracts. He has lectured extensively at teaching activities, meetings and conferences.
Senior Vice President
CEO of Regional Health Care System for 30 plus years. As CEO, he developed the system’s first Provider Network Services, Home Health Services, DME, several physician outpatient clinics and Convenient Care Clinics and the first wellness department. This wellness department, comprised of clinical specialist and certified health coaches, worked with physicians and local businesses to develop wellness and prevention services for their employees and the community. This allowed people, within the community, the ability to understand and manage their own health. Also, under his direction, the hospital received Magnet Status Designation and received several local and national awards.
During his time as CEO, he served as a former Board Chairman of the State Hospital Association. Also a recipient of the State Hospital Association Distinguished Service and Community Service Awards. He was also the recipient of the local United Way Distinguished Volunteer Award. Along with his professional accomplishments, he was co-founder of the Regional All-American Basketball Association.
Robin Williams, MBA
Robin is an accomplished and agile healthcare business development and marketing executive with proven leadership in identifying, analyzing and delivering on market opportunities within the Middle Tennessee area for over 20 years. She is a results-driven leader with outstanding relationship building skills, strong communication abilities and exceptional emotional intelligence that has developed extensive referral networks within the medical and senior services communities.
She is the founder and CEO of SilverSolutions, LLC, a referral service for hospitals and individuals that provides a full spectrum of placement options and resources for seniors. Prior to launching SilverSolutions, she led the physician development, sales, marketing and provider recruitment strategies for new business development at several HCA affiliated hospitals.
Robin’s passion for the growing senior population called her to launch Community Life Bridge, a non-profit organization, which assists senior adults with access to community resources that support self-sufficiency. She has served in many community leadership roles for the Middle Tennessee Chamber of Commerce, Senior Services Network of the Mid-South, Inc., Hendersonville Rotary Club, Fifty Forward, YMCA Sumner County School Mentoring Program and Restore Ministries Board.
Senior Vice President
Current successful business owner; working as a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor with individuals and groups of people who desire to improve their quality of life through fitness training, nutrition education and positive accountability. Emphasis in rehabilitation in coordination with Physical Therapists and in bringing the deconditioned and retired in to a state of strength and thriving.
Previous work experience includes thirty years of creating sustainable economic success through the execution of effective operational systems and talent development. As Regional Director a key part of sales acquisition team and leading the transition team, working with the on-site client and other vendors for build-outs and build- ups. Hiring and training all unit leaders, indoctrinating them into full Company culture paradigm; including HR and protocol training, management mentor-leadership, and business etiquette. Coordinating simultaneous multi- state openings, managing new owners/clients while maintaining and driving energy and excitement into existing accounts.
